Just a quick update on the schedule for Memorial Day. Instead of our regular schedule, we will be having ONE workout this Monday (5/28) at Noon. The workout we have chosen is specifically programmed to commemorate one of our country’s Heroes who died fighting for our freedom. It will be grueling (yet scalable!) and will put us into the mindset of the amazing individuals who gave their lives to keep us and our country safe. Don’t think to your self, I can’t do that or it looks too hard. Instead focus on what you can do, scale where needed, and think about the Hero that has given his all for our freedom. Honor these Heroes with your best effort.

Marine Staff Sgt Daniel Hansen died February 14th in Farah Providence, Afghanistan when an IED he was working on detonated. Daniel is survived by his mother Sheryll, his father Delbert, his younger sister Katie, and his twin brother Matthew (also a Marine).
