When is the last time you moved? I mean really moved? Freely. At your own pace. Without obstacles or fear holding you back. As if weightless. Limitless.
As humans we are hardwired to move. We strive to move up the corporate ladder. We desire to be moved emotionally. To have something take hold of us and change us for the better. When life is stagnant we are unfulfilled, unhappy. When are bodies are still we get stiff, cramped and achy. We put on excess weight that slows us down.
